New York City based Make-Up Artist
Focusing on using the face as a canvas, creating an enhanced image of one’s beauty is a trademark of Nikki’s artistry. Sketching and painting as soon as she could hold a pen and pencil, she began taking art classes at a young age following in her father and brothers' footsteps. This training and eventual 'second nature' understanding of lighting, shapes, colors, and textures directly translates into the foundation in which to view and design the faces of her clientele today. A licensed cosmetologist in both New York and Massachusetts, Nikki is grateful to have gained priceless knowledge from leading industry innovators such as Academy Award Winning Makeup Artists, Dick Smith and Kevin Haney. The insight gained in these early years was paramount to forming a relentless work ethic, utmost attention to detail, as well as a specific vision true to her artistry today.
Nikki’s passion and drive constantly fuel the desire to grow, learn, and share with others. With special attention to the Art of Beauty, Natural Skin Care, and Brow Design, she strives to create an unsurpassed beauty experience. Teaming up with owner Mike Marino and Art Director Mike Fontaine of Emmy Nominated Special FX team, Prosthetic Renaissance, they are responsible for the transformation of Heidi Klum, the proclaimed "Queen of Halloween" into Jessica Rabbit on Halloween 2015, the Heidi Clones 2016, and Michael Jacksons Thriller 2017. Currently, as the Makeup Department Head for CBS’s Daily Mail TV, she enjoys bringing her vision for grooming and artistry to Host’s Jesse Palmer and Alicia Quarles daily so they can deliver the top news stories with confidence.
“I am thrilled to bring my passion and vision for the art of beauty to you in my journey through creation, imagination, and vision. I am honored and privileged to share my artistry with you!”
